The VRRI mission statement sets a high standard of achievement for all, by encouraging us 'to be leaders' in the activities we undertake. We believe leaders are people who inspire us to achieve. Leaders empower others and provide mentorship. They inquire and seek innovation, and are a source of strength for others. Allan Keith said, "Leadership is ultimately about creating a way for people to contribute to making something extraordinary happen."
