The VRRI Recreation Center has been providing for the recreation and leisure needs of the Calgary community since 1977. The Center offers a wide variety of activities for the whole family, including swimming classes in our warm, salt water pool, fitness classes, aerobics, children’s parties, yoga, Pilates and a host of other activities.

We have an opportunity for a Part time Customer Service Representative to join our team of specialists to provide outstanding customer service to VRRI facility users. This position will be working regular scheduled weekends Saturday & Sundays with every third weekend off. One weekend the hours scheduled would be 8am to 2pm, the second weekend 1:30pm to 8pm.

Successful candidates will be………
• Friendly and personable: fielding phone calls and customer requests and questions, efficiently and professionally
• Organized: able to prioritize and handle multi-tasking in a busy, dynamic environment
• Looking for new skills: working with a computerized registration system

We’re looking for people who have……
• Standard First Aid and CPR, minimum Grade 12
• Exceptional interpersonal skills,
• Customer service experience
• Experience handling cash
