-Create your own custom birthday package or choose one of the packages below.
-Choose fun-filled activities such as: swimming, sports, playing in the gym or tie-dye
-Staff supervise and lead games in the pool or gym, and facilitate the tie-dye parties
-Use one of our party rooms - we do the cleaning for you.
-Summer parties occur on Saturdays. During the school year, they occur on Saturdays and Sundays
-Maximum 12 kids per party

Gym or Swim Party $110.00

Sport Theme $70.00
Budding athletes will absolutely enjoy this party! Children will get to play one or a combination of sports, such as soccer, floor hockey and basketball for one hour, on one half of the gym, under the supervision and instruction of a party leader.
Play Theme $70.00
This theme includes one hour of play time on one half of the gym. Instructors will lead various games and activities. The children will also get to use equipment that may include: balls, scooters, mini-trampoline, mats, ladders, slides, etc.
Swimming Theme $70.00
Enjoy one hour of supervised swimming time (occurs during public swim) in which a party leader will lead games and activities. Our warm water makes this ideal for all ages! PFD's are provided free of charge for birthday parties.
T-Shirt Tie-Dye $70.00
Have a groovy instructor teach the kids how to tie-dye! You bring the white items to be dyed (i.e. t-shirts, socks, etc.) and we take care of the rest. This option includes 1 hour of instruction.
Party Rooms $40.00
This is the perfect place to serve cake and open birthday presents. Plus, we clean up the room for you! An instructor is NOT provided for room instruction.
Papa Johns' Pizza $20.00/pizza
Make it a pizza party! For $20 per large 14 inch pizza, choose from the following options: Cheese, Pepperoni, and Hawaiian. Pizza is delivered right to your party, no need to pick it up. Price includes juice, chips, plates, and cups.
Calgary Co-op Birthday Cake $37.00/cake
Add a cake to your party, delivered straight to The VRRI on the day of your event. Choose from 3 different flavours: chocolate, vanilla, or chocolate/vanilla layers, 2 different icing flavours: choclate or vanilla, and the colour of writing for "Happy Birthday (insert name here) and piping. Feeds 15-20 people. Includes plates and cutlery.
Party Guidelines
-It is recommended that you book at least 8 weeks in advance.
-All parties must be paid in full at the time the booking is made.
-Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the party start date will be subject to a $15.00 cancellation fee. The balance may be refunded by cheque or placed on the person's VRRI account for future use.
-No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days prior to the party start date. In this case, a credit (minus the $15.00 cancellation fee) will be placed on the person's account for future use.
-For pool parties, 2 adult fees are included. Fees for additional adults will apply.
-Children 5 and under must be accompanied one one one by adults for swim parties. Extra fees may apply.
