Simply Health: A Series of Plain Language Documents, Videos and Workshops on Preventative Personal Health Care
Description	The goal of Simply Health is to enhance the ability of persons with developmental disabilities to be full participants in making informed decisions about their own health care, and in interacting with health care staff. A series of plain language booklets and videos were developed on topics identified as priorities by health care professionals. These were supplemented by workshops delivered to persons with developmental disabilities and their caregivers by the Grace Women's Health Resources Outreach Program.
