The goal of the project is to conduct an enviornmental scan on: (1) the monitoring and the contracting for outcomes and (2) the planning for implementation or the current practices of contracting or monitoring for outcomes in the Disbaility Services sector. The objectives of this environmental scan are to present information on and to identify:
The jurisdictions that contract for individual outcomes
The jurisdictions that monitor individual outcomes
The outcomes that are contracted or monitored
The processes that are used to monitor outcomes.
