Two pamphlets designed to guide support workers and employers on how to teach employees with disabilities about workplace harassment. The pamphlets offer tips on what to do if your client or employee is involved in a harassment case: Workplace Harassment: Enhancing Community Inclusion Workshop. Taught with the assistance of peer trainers who have experienced harassment in the workplace firsthand, a facilitator guides individuals with disabilities through a series of interactive activities. Participants learn what workplace harassment is, how to recognize it, how to respond to it and, better still, how to prevent it. They Pick on Me at Work: A Workbook on Harassment in the Workplace. During the workshop, participants follow along and test their knowledge in the exercises provided. A list of useful resources is included to learn more about workplace harassment. Who are you? DVD (Also available on VHS). Used in conjunction with the workshop, the DVD shows what workplace harassment looks like. Actors from Calgary’s Inside/Out Integrated Theatre perform four vignettes. Each scene reveals important messages about what people with disabilities can do if they experience workplace harassment. Who are you? A live performance held on April 27, 2006 at Motel (Epcor Centre for the Performing Arts, Calgary).
