Community Living services are provided in a wide range of settings. The VRRI owns and operates nine group living environments within Calgary. Clients are also supported in independent living situations such as owned or rented homes/condos, shared accommodations, and room & board environments. Outreach supports are also available.
The VRRI’s Community Living services are designed to provide supports required to be successful in the client’s chosen environment. Clients are supported to the level required to be successful, including assisting individuals with self care, household management, budgeting and shopping for their needs, becoming familiar with and accessing opportunities within their community. |  |
