We assist clients to find and keep jobs of their choice in the community. We offer career exploration, skill development, resume preparation, job search and interview assistance, as well as necessary support to clients during on-the-job orientation and training.
Ongoing employment support is also provided to clients to ensure long-term success in their positions. This includes supporting an individual to understand the job expectations and demands, as well as assisting with skill development to ensure job competency, dependability and a commitment to the job.
Our employment staff also work with employers to assist with the development of natural supports within the workplace.
