Calgary Flames Alumni Masters Golf Tournament Reception in Support of the VRRI

Proudly presented by the Calgary Flames Alumni and TicketMaster, the 13th Annual Masters was held on at Heritage Pointe Golf and Country Club. Complimenting The Masters will be an evening cocktail reception featuring a silent and live auction with more than 500 Flames Alumni and guests in attendance on Wednesday, May 23rd at the Deerfoot Inn & Casino. One of the most high-profile and successful events in Calgary, the Flames Alumni’s annual golf tournament has raised more than $1.4 million for area charities, including the VRRI. 

The live auction featured this stunning Victory Vegas Jackpot motorcycle ridden by Flames Alumnus Lanny McDonald generously provided by Cycle Works of Calgary and Victory Motorcycles. Please contact our Director of Development for more information.

"The Masters" Flames  Flames Alumni Donation increased to $147,000.00 this year!

Representatives of the Calgary Flames Alumni Masters Committee announced that $147,000.00 has been donated to the VRRI as proceeds from this year's tournament. Committee members Butch Deadmarsh, Eddie Wong and Colleen Bradley are pictured attending the VRRI Annual General Meeting.

VRRI Client Holiday Dinner & Dance December 2006

One of our most meaningful events for 250 of our clients and their support staff, this nearly 30 year-old annual tradition is held at the Kensington Legion.

Filled with holiday cheer and a home-made turkey dinner with all of the fixings, the VRRI's client holiday dinner and dance is a meaningful holiday tradition for many who otherwise would not have a time of fellowship and festivity during the holiday season.
