Operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week, more than 30 VRRI employees at the Calgary International Airport ensure that complementary baggage carts are strategically located to meet the demands of departing and arriving travelers.

With more than 3,000 carts to manage, our baggage cart retrievers have developed an intricate system for collecting the carts from all over the airport terminals and parking lots placing them when and where they are needed most.

We are an award winning service that has many times placed first in North America and also placed first in the world for baggage cart availability, compared to hundreds of other airports of varying size.

The VRRI is active at the airport. We also manage a contract for cleaning the Pattison information terminals.

Our contracts at the Calgary International Airport provide us with the opportunity to fulfill our mission. Through these initiatives we are able to demonstrate the successful operation of a business in a fully inclusive work environment, while supporting our services and programs.
